performance career highlights …

Seven years: stage manager for the Bozeman Symphony Society
Five years: recording engineer and stage manager for the Great Falls Symphony Association. Guest artists included Bonfilio, Wilford Brimley and Yo Yo Ma.

IATSE stagehand. Union hand for; broadway shows, ballets, legends such as Cher, ZZ-Top, Martina McBride, George Carlin, Arlo Guthrie, Bob Dylan, and many others. Served as Vice President of IATSE local 339 for one term.

Ghost Town Sound: The Dub Band brainchild of Master filmmaker and pioneering DJ/VJ, Doug Wendt, Buck collaborated on several performances and a debut CD. Pictured above is a 2008 performance at the World Music Festival in El Cerrito, CA. Guest performers pictured are Mark Wendt (in white, left side) of Lumination on rhythm guitar, and Warner Brothers recording artist Duane Van Dieman of the Tasmanian Devils on bass (center right)

THE SLAUGHTER RULE starring Ryan Gosling and David Morse: Buck was locations manager for Ryan’s first starring role. It was shot in Montana, and Buck filled a temporary position that wasn’t given film credits, but he was there: shared a smoke with Clea DuVall, worked with Christopher Cronyn, who was the line producer on the film. Secured a bunch of deal memos that saved the production thousands in location fees. Also met supporting actor, Montana Native, Eddie Spears.
